CMG Welcomes Four New Principal Consultants

Four New Consultants Join CMG

CMG is excited to welcome four new Principal Consultants: Amy Stroud, Andrew Wolfram, AIA, Bob Packard, and Scott Kelsey, FAIA. Each brings a unique perspective, decades of experience, and a shared passion for helping design firms thrive. Their addition strengthens our group’s ability to support architecture, engineering, and design practices through guidance in leadership, marketing, business development, and organizational strategy.

Amy Stroud has joined CMG, focusing on marketing, business development, organizational development, and governance. A strategic and compassionate leader with more than 17 years of experience, Stroud’s career spans leadership roles at boutique studios and internationally recognized design firms, where she has helped teams tell their stories, elevate their visibility, and align design excellence with long-term business growth. With a foundation in both design and strategy, she is known for her thoughtful and collaborative approach to navigating complex organizational goals.

Andrew Wolfram, AIA, brings expertise in coaching, organizational development and governance, and leadership development. As a certified integral coach promoting the development of the whole person, Wolfram helps his coaching clients address challenges and discover opportunities, working with them to create action plans focused on their priorities. He is skilled in facilitating effective communication, fostering healthy team dynamics, and finding creative approaches to complex situations. Previously, Wolfram worked for over 35 years as an architect, serving as a principal at Perkins+Will and TEF Design in San Francisco.

Bob Packard specializes in leadership development, organizational development, governance, and marketing. With a career spanning over fifty years, Packard has dedicated himself to addressing design issues that shape our built and civic environment. At CMG, he strategically leverages his experience and expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges and achieve impactful design solutions. Prior to joining the group, he spent over 30 years leading strategic, financial, and business development operations at ZGF Architects, overseeing major firmwide initiatives and projects.

Scott Kelsey, FAIA, focuses on organizational development, governance, and leadership development. Bringing decades of leadership experience, Kelsey provides strategic guidance to firms seeking innovation, growth, and lasting impact. He works closely with leaders to refine their strategic direction, strengthen their design legacy, and navigate change with confidence. In addition to his consulting work, Scott remains a principal at CO Architects, where he continues to support key projects and firm initiatives. He previously served as managing principal for nearly 15 years, playing a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s model of practice and balancing technical pragmatism with creative design innovation. During this period of transformation and growth, he helped CO Architects remain true to its progressive spirit of a “practice into perpetuity.”
