In a two-part phased process, we conduct a diagnostic of what the firm currently does and what it should be doing across channels. This includes reviewing overall social media activity and workflow, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, interviewing key leadership, documenting the findings, and providing recommendations with guiding principles.
