ABOUT ANDREW
Andrew is a certified integral coach at Cameron MacAllister Group. Integral coaching promotes the development of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
He helps his coaching clients connect with what matters most to them and then creates an action plan based on those qualities and priorities. Andrew especially enjoys working with individuals seeking personal or professional growth. He is skilled in facilitating effective communication, fostering healthy team dynamics, and finding creative approaches to complex situations.
Prior to this, Andrew worked for over 35 years as an architect, serving as a Principal at Perkins+Will and TEF Design in San Francisco. His work focused on large-scale historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects, leading the transformation of some of the Bay Area’s most iconic landmarks, including the Ferry Building, the Presidio Landmark, and 140 New Montgomery Street. He continues as a Consulting Principal with TEF, where he helped establish educational and mentorship programs. His passion for mentoring young designers and future leaders within the firm led him to integral coaching.
Andrew is involved in many community activities, including serving as President of the San Francisco Historic Preservation Commission and as a member of the Design Review Board for the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission.
He received his coaching training at New Ventures West in San Francisco, where he is now part of the faculty. He is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Andrew studied architecture at Columbia University in New York, earning both a BA and a Master of Architecture. Since 2022, he has been based in Milan, Italy. He speaks English, Italian, and Polish.
