ABOUT TIFFANY

Tiffany brings nearly 20 years of industry experience in business development, marketing, and leadership coaching to Cameron MacAllister Group. She advises firms on business development strategies, teaches training workshops on communication and presentation, and collaborates with the firm’s other consultants on strategic planning consulting. Tiffany brings her strong relational skills and an ability to connect quickly with others and demonstrates to clients how to build that capability in themselves.

Tiffany is Dare to Lead™ trained in the research and teachings of Brené Brown.  She wholeheartedly believes in Brené’s saying that Clear is Kind and lives this value in her consulting work. Her studies in Mindful Leadership have shaped her consulting in a positive way

Prior to joining Cameron MacAllister Group, Tiffany was director of business development at Eskew+Dumez+Ripple, a nationally recognized architecture firm based in New Orleans. In her free time, she and her husband run a sustainable design studio, repurposing salvaged reclaimed wood into one-of-a-kind works of art. They travel across the country for art shows, enjoy hiking, and are always up for new adventures.
