CMG’s Saskia Dennis-van Dijl and Annelise Pitts, AIA, architect and design strategist at Shepley Bulfinch/Lens Strategy, will be moderating a workshop at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Conference on Architecture 2023 titled “Lead a Just and Equitable Firm – New Leadership Models for Next-Gen Firms”. Their workshop is on Wednesday, June 7, from 1:00 – 3:30 pm at Moscone South, Room 155.
In this collaborative think-tank practicum, the next generation of aspiring leaders will explore how they might envision an alternative future for firm organization and culture in which values, meaning, and culture are inclusive and equitable.
Critical questions that will be discussed include:
- What would make your firm, and this profession, a place you want to stay?
- What is a place where you want to be a leader?
- What impact might you have if you were able to lead with authenticity?
