ABOUT TAYLOR

Taylor is a belonging designer, architect, educator, and social impact strategist who believes design can build healing and belonging to repair systems of exclusion. She approaches her work through the lens of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), helping organizations translate their values into practice, policy, and design outcomes. Her interdisciplinary approach draws from her multicultural background and unites spatial justice, creativity, and radical hope.

At Cameron MacAllister Group, Taylor supports the firm’s consulting work across organizational development, strategic planning, leadership, marketing, and JEDI initiatives. She helps clients strengthen culture, improve collaboration, and align strategy, communication, and design practice with their organizational values and community impact.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Public Design Agency (PDA), a nonprofit design studio that advances equity through architecture, storytelling, and community co-creation. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Architecture and Planning.

Previously, she was Deputy Director of Prospect New Orleans, where she expanded access to contemporary art in public spaces and amplified the voices of underrepresented artists. She also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Studio BE New Orleans, leading storytelling, development, and education initiatives that strengthened community connection through public art.

Taylor holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Studio Art from Wellesley College, and in May of 2025 she completed her Master of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
