To explore these issues, CMG designed a 24-question survey that was sent to a cross-section of the firm&#8217;s architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) clients with a request that they ask all of their employees to respond. Nearly 50 firms from across the country participated, yielding 1,335 completed responses. The <a href=\"https:\/\/cameronmacallister.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CMG-New-Realities-Report_AEC-Employee-Perspectives-on-Reopening_August-2021.pdf\">study revealed<\/a> disconnects between employers and employees regarding this transition.<\/p>\n<p>Early in 2020, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, CMG launched a series of brief surveys addressing these &#8220;New Realities&#8221; in the design and construction industry.
