Designing the Client Experience
This 90-minute seminar will enable participants to understand the importance of client service experiences, and they will take away valuable tools which they can apply in their own architectural practices. Our presentation will include results of very recent research with clients and design firms. We will engage the audience with interactive poll questions in each part of our agenda, as shown below, to stimulate questions and discussion throughout the program. The presenters have all led successful programs at previous AIA national and regional component conventions, as well as other industry events.
